Truly is so dumb they do this

I found this body of text from when she tried to claim another man from a band assaulted her and knocked her teeth out (he filed a restraining order against her, it might've been updated last year but idk) and thought about how much more can be dug up to show she's not a reliable source for Melanie fans to use.

They pin Timothy as this bad person but don't even see globelamps faults and illegal activities at all. Shes raped, physically and verbally assaulted, and stalked people for her own egotistical gains. She uses darvo tactics and spins narratives despite being clearly manic and admitting to horrid things online. The way she treated Timothy during the whole thing was wild. She claims to be a Melanie defender now because Timothy didn't wanna put herself under more pressure from haters, but it's obviously because she was being nonstop harassed as it was and more stuff like that would not help her case whatsoever, plus she barely knew globelamp. In fact Ive seen screenshots of globelamp using her situation with Melanie to get her to listen to her stories and try to attack other people.

Globelamp really does seem like she needs help from all the people I've seen her call out, from mitski and Taylor swift and Melanie herself. Idk everything about her entirely, and I'd love to discuss more about her. I simply looked up "globelamp celebrity callouts" to see who she's berated online, but I'm curious to know more and to see if anyone on here knows anything about her or her career and why she is so prevalent within Melanies community when I've never heard of her outside of it.

Saw a person asking about it and felt like it needed it be posted as well. I've seen people discuss the possibility that the one fan in the Hades storybook is based off of her and I fully believe it now after hearing her ex friends recounts of her past behavior. I'm really hoping that Melanie fans don't see that I posted these cuz theres been some on that sub trying to defend her with stupid reasonings but someone's own personal account of Lauren speaks volumes over whatever bullshit they try to spew to victimize her.

An ex friend of hers and another Melanie fan spilled the beans on her, and it's honestly crazy how she acts at her age. She seriously needs some therapy or maybe just some time offline. I've downloaded the video to provide context cuz some of its just too much for a 25 year old to do. She's very manipulative and self centered and people need to stop victimizing her in that fandom.

The Avoidant performance is awkward as fuck. I can't believe she'd pull a fan on stage for this, but at the same time I can get it from her artistic perspective of her as an artist and in a fans eye. Avoidant reads as a song that shames her fans for seeing her faults and not appreciating the "love and light" she supposedly brings.

I just listened to the song and saw how fans were discussing it as well. I know this song is supposed to be about one of her relationships (verde) but this also does seem like some offhand remarks to her fans who spoke some sort of narrative around her. Also just their relationship together (saying her and her fandom have a weird ass relationship with one another isn't cool to do. She shouldn't wanna be friends with them.) it's all weird. She built such a weird ass relationship around herself and her fans that she can't separate herself from her artistic persona. She wants to disconnect from it all. It's obvious in Avoidant and the performance with it. Especially with the transition into monolith. This feels like a fucking temper tantrum.

This is kind of a rant, but it started from reading this and thinking too hard into it. This comment sections obliviousness is just... astonishing. She's spitting in their faces and they're just open mouther slurping it up.

Sad hoe she loves to rob her fans blind, even more sad that they do it almost every time. When will they wake up?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, she's not professional enough to be dancing with any of her dancers like this. The rehearsal videos I've seen are further proof of it. She's way too serious. Also wanted to add that everyone who went to this show was complaining about how they couldn't see shit from the floors because of the stage switch. TF are these props? Why would you use a bed with a headboard nobody can see through to actually see your performance?

Sorry but that's like a very young child, probably no less than seven is my guess. I didn't wanna include more photos for the person's privacy, but I just find it so odd that Melanie targets her very explicit and gross ass songs to children like this. It's honestly so fucking sad.

This was honestly one of the best experiences I could've asked for. I've been a fan since Roddy was a single, and when he came out with Twenty-Twenty. I've been going through a rough point in my life and I've finally said screw it to everything and did something for myself for once. There's been too much on my plate for too long and Djo has gotten me through some rough spots. He's made me hold on for familiar and friend reasons as well as for my inner child and self worth, something I need to work on more but not indulge in too much. Egg made me sob when I heard it. I won't let fear take anything from me anymore, and I will indulge the child in me that's been so afraid but is ready to let go and move on for decades now.

The show was inspiring. It felt nice being with people who share a love for the same music that saved me and many others, and my partner who was there with me during all of it. He sang with me and held me and was just amazing throughout it too, waiting so long in 90+ degree heat with me and not complaining one bit. Even getting me a pretzel and making sure I was safe the entire 9+ hours we spent in the city together. I wish Joe could know how much he means to me, my partner, and so many others who probably feel like I do, but I'm gonna cherish this moment for the rest of my life probably. Pittsburgh was an amazing audience and I hope he comes back again to hear us out-sing him again lol.

Saw this today while scrolling through comments on tiktok under a video about Melanie being a rapist and yeah, her fans seriously need help. Like idk if they're trolling or not, but dear lord. This is so out of touch and unfunny. No normal person would joke about this type of shit or even think to say something in a situation talking about rape allegations, but they're the most unserious fucking fanbase ever.
