The Usability of Owen Cornings R19

Hi everyone, I've been thinking about treating my room for mixing and advancing the quality of my music for a while now. I've dove into the rabbit hole many times, but the 3 main things stopping me have been as follows: 1. I rent, so no drilling holes or anything like that. 2. I'm on a budget of around 400 to 500 dollars, so i cant go to GIK acoustics and blow a ton of cash. 3. I lack woodworking tools like a saw, I have a power drill of course but i cant make wood frames. But I have 5 batts of Owen Cornings R19 insulation, around 14 inches wide 3'10 feet tall and around 6 inches thick. How could i use this material to make bass traps for my room, with a solution that would fit my 3 parameters? Handling safety is not that big of a deal as i own several p100 and n95 masks. Thank you all so much.
