I genuinely love all these albums and could write essays on each and every one of them on their impacts on myself but my taste constantly gets called basic and boring. No matter what, I'm sticking to what i like but is my taste actually as boring as everyone else says it is? (recomendations are always welcome i love trading recs)

it says it in both the titles. on most of these there are 2-3 songs i like but at the same time, as a whole i don't like listening to these albums as a whole. i can see why they are either niche, popular or acclaimed, but personally? some of these i've been giving chances for years and i still cannot get into them.

Anyone have any recommendations? Would love some more noise rock kinda stuff

I've been listening to metal pretty much exclusively for the last 8 years, but recently have started to dive in deeper into music outside of it. These are my favourites from the 200 or so albums I've listened to.
