I want to play teach, especially because of the meta, but I'm finding myself being starved constantly because of fullalead and the leader ability. what's the best game plan for this deck?

(yes, i'm using vasco shot instead of caribou because it's searchable and i've found that it has saved me from lethal swings more than caribou)

anything that could be improved or removed in this deck? this leader is really fun to play with, but i haven't exactly had the best streak with it.
