I recently had a really bad cramp and did a online telehealth for sick leave and provided the sick certificate but the manager says go to the doctor get a doctors certificate. Does coles not take online medical certificate. Note previously used the same site and got cleared without issue and recieved the pay as well? Anyone with any idea or help on how to deal with this situation.
