This was my third order in the last 30 days
I've gone back to the well with BPI one more time. 😄 This was my third order in the last 30 days, so I think I'm officially stocked up for a while.
For a little background, I've lost about 150 pounds over the past couple of years. BPI crushed my stall and down 10 pounds in last 3 weeks. I've tried two or three different budget-friendly compounded tirzepatide options, and for me personally, nothing has come closer to the way Zepbound or Mounjaro worked than BPI.
I placed my latest order late yesterday afternoon. It was approved the same day, billing was completed, and by this morning it was already over to Pharmacy Hub waiting to be filled. Hopefully it ships on Monday so it doesn't end up sitting over the weekend.
Overall, it's been another great experience, had some slowdowns in the early stages, Nothing major. If you've been on the fence about taking advantage of the sale, I'd say go for it. They didn't give me any trouble ordering multiple vials, and the process has been smooth every time.
As always, this is just my personal experience—everyone responds differently—but BPI has been the closest thing to brand-name tirzepatide that I've found.
Got my refill in a week start to finish
Already bought 3 vials of bpi tirzepatide 68 mg and then jumped on the single vial and arrived in a week start to finish. Meds are just as good as brand version for me!
Bud date was as posted 10 4 2026
Best Pomegranate Pharmacy After BPI?
Just got my first order from Pomegranate through the BPI Labs sale. Overall, the process went pretty smoothly. It took a little longer than I expected, but in the end I got the $299 deal for 68 mg of tirzepatide, (3 vials) so I'm happy with that.
For a little background, I've been on Zepbound for a couple of years and had great success with it. I've also tried a couple of other compounded versions, but honestly they just didn't seem as effective for me.
I took my first BPI shot yesterday, and by dinner last night I had almost no interest in eating. That's the first time I've felt that level of appetite suppression since switching from the brand-name medication. For me, the other compounded versions just seemed a little weaker.
So now I'm curious about everyone else's experience. In another two or three months I'll be ordering a refill. If you've switched from Zepbound or Mounjaro to one of Pomegranate's partner pharmacies, which one has worked best for you? I keep hearing great things about Hallandale, but I have to admit... I wish BPI was still an option!
Got my order today; had to go to UPS and pick up order.
Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.
Everything was going perfectly at first. My package shipped Friday night for Saturday overnight delivery, and the tracking looked great. Then Saturday morning I got the dreaded text: "Package delayed due to weather."
I spent most of the day trying to figure out where it was. Eventually it made it to the destination hub, and I was lucky enough to get connected with a supervisor. She spent almost an hour tracking down my overnight package. It turned out it had been sitting outside in a trailer because the box wasn't marked Perishable or Medication.
She called me back and said, "It's still cold. Come get it." I drove over immediately. This was about 4pmn24 hours The after dropoff. The ice packs were about halfway melted, so I don't think it would have made it until the next delivery day Monday afternoon.
I don't blame anyone here—weather happens. But the supervisor did mention that if the package had been clearly labeled as Perishable and Medication, it likely would have either been prioritized for delivery or stored in a cooler instead of sitting in a trailer.
First order and seems simple and slow
I’ve been on tirzepatide for a couple of years and have lost around 140 pounds, mostly using Mounjaro and Zepbound. I’ve had a really good response to the medication.
I do occasional microdosing as well, depending on where I’m at with maintenance. Recently I decided to try compounded tirzepatide and jumped on the sale to see how it compared.
Initially I selected BPI Labs and specifically chose “do not substitute.” Then I saw OptionRx listed, and now I woke up this morning and it shows BondRx as the pharmacy option. BondRx was not one of the original choices when I signed up.
I don’t see much discussion about BondRx compared to some of the other pharmacies. Has anyone here used BondRx for tirzepatide?
