Need more food ideas, I'm definitely not eating enough. Vegetarian options?

Hello! I have been taking Wegovy for about 10 months now, and I'm down 65lbs so far! I attended about 5 sessions of nutrition counseling with an RD. She gave me a lot of ideas, but my problem is that I either feel "bleh," not hungry, or the thought of food makes me nauseous. I have a prescription for Zofran when the nausea won't go away.

My only safe food is potatoes (mashed, baked, fries). I can always eat a variation of potatoes even when I'm not feeling well. Meat has always given me the ick, but that feeling is happening a lot more since taking Wegovy. I mostly only get the ick when I bite into chicken, not so much beef. I'm not really a big fan of fish, but I will eat salmon and canned tuna. The last time I had salmon, I was nauseous from the smell and then took a bite and felt the ick. Cottage cheese is often suggested, and I'm just not the biggest fan. The texture can turn me off in a second. I did see someone suggest blending it to use in recipes, which I would try. I'm sick of greek yogurt/yogurt in general and protein drinks. I feel like I don't really eat "true meals" anymore, so I try to find quick things that I can grab or prep ahead of time.

Since I'm eating considerably less, I have been buying better-quality food items. I don't mind ordering some things online (like Thrive Market). Does anyone have any suggestions for meals or snacks?
