I finally had a consultation for a rhinoplasty.

The surgeon made a mock up (photo to the right) that includes an alaraplasty (smaller nostrils), slight refining of the tip, and a build up of the radix (area between eyes) to create a softer slope.

I’m worried about the radix part, as I believe they build that up with cartilage and/or a graft. Does it make you look bulky there, like one of the avatar creatures? Does it lead to eventual complications like migraines?
