70's Cornavin Watches -- Slava 2427?

70's Cornavin Watches -- Slava 2427?

I guess I'm officially a Russian watch guy now. Along with my existing Poljot and Vostok, I now added this beauty:

I know the internals are Russian due to this being a 70's-era TV Face Cornavin. I suspect a Slava 2427 is lurking beneath. I was wondering if anyone has experience with dual-language day indicators on these? Are they supposed to be off-center? And are they supposed to alternate between the two languages as well?

Would love to see more Russian Cornavins if any of you have em. 😁

Anyone else having issues with Simplisafe connections to Firewalla wifi?

So I have an Orange (two, technically, but one is not attached to the network). I originally had my Netgear gigabit router in place and the Firewalla attached to a port on it handling wifi. This setup worked, but I ultimately wanted the full feature set that comes only when you've set up the Firewalla as your router and not just a bridge.

Last night, I make the switch. Netgear router out, Firewalla set up as the router, single output hooked to a 2.5 TPlink switch.

Two things happening now that weren't happening before ..the Firewalla has had what seems like a couple of power/connection cyclings, but the more frequent issue is the Simplisafe base station now being in a perpetual purgatory of losing and then regaining its wifi connection to the Firewalla.

Keep in mind this exact same hardware maintained that connection to the exact same Firewalla-based wireless network back when it was in bridge mode. So I don't think I've magically had a hardware failure in the past six hours within my network.

Anyone else with Simplisafe run into connectivity issues?

My parents are elderly and their sloped 1-acre property has become a burden to maintain.

Had them all lined up to pull the trigger on a Luba 3 when they were summarily told that their warranty would be voided for ANY use outside of the mainland US, and that Mammotion would not even extend the courtesy of customer service or technical support if they indeed made the purchase.

What in the actual hell? Some bean-counter successfully lobbied to have ALL support removed for a single state simply because the shipping would cost more? How about a compromise, guys? Make it a parts-only warranty and still offer the tech support....SOMETHING.

Needless to say, my parents are now pretty dejected. They do NOT want to lay a ground wire, so the brand I personally have experience with is out (Ambrogio). Navimow is the only other well-rated option I've found and I don't know if the various trees in their orchard would render it a clumsy idiot without the true Lidar. Any other options I should be aware of? Struggling to find a silver lining here.

(I live in New York, so me just taking over landscaping duties is not an option until I retire a few years from now).
