Hey! Looking for spots downtown to go for a night “out” out with early/mid-30s women. Hoping for a fun atmosphere or dancing, just wanting to avoid the mostly early 20s crowds.
Hiya! I’ll be moving to Sheffield in October and am seeking recommendations for yoga studios in the area. My vibe/preferences are as follows, to help with any suggestions:
- hot yoga preferred
- Vinyasa
- music played during class
- I usually take high energy or challenging classes rather than mellow/meditative
- (optional) teacher certification training offered would be a great bonus
