Hey everyone I got my front 4 teeth removed and until I can get my bridge in they are having me wear an Essex with teeth. It really feels weird like they are too forward in my mouth and maybe are to big and I didn’t expect it to affect my speech as much .the retainer fits and dosent seem like it’s gonna fall out but it just fits weird I feel like any options I have or do i just need to get used to it if so what are some good ideas to help me with that exercises,etc
