Help on how to make this part of the piece

Hi everyone, I have almost no experience in fusion and I'm wondering how I could make the next piece.

The point is that the part that joins the spoiler is a curved surface but does not have the same curve on both sides

I honestly don't know how to get started or what tools I can use to complete this part.
