Harvested a bunch of sugar rush reds today. The straight and long pods are ones that didn’t get hung up in the plant and were able to keep growing. The others got bunched up in the plant. Amazing flavor pods. They grew extra big this year.

Mostly extra hot/superhot varieties that we’ll use for hot sauce and powders.

These will be smoked and then bagged with some hatch peppers to ferment for a smoky hot sauce

I found out that these make an awesome hot hot sauce. The plant puts out a bunch of pods and grows massive.

These are a cross between a chocolate nagabrain and Carolina reaper. They’re extremely hot as the look and make for a great superhot chocolate variety to make extremely hot stuff with.

Wait what? These are supposed to be the last to ripen 😂
