(Obsidian) Atlatl + Private Jet + Billboard + Master Salesman + Boar Market

Started out with obsidian bandages (never managed to properly upgrade it tho), wanted to go a heal build with hammock to pump the damage. Then I came across a private jet and found bird, yo-yo and atlatl soon after and I pivoted to a value generating build

What is the best move against Letnev? Please help me out, I am getting dizzy with options!

I am trying out the BGA public beta version of TI4 with some friends. So no PoK, no TE.

Context:
We are the end of action phase round 3. The other players have passed, only Hacan (me) and Letnev remain with 1 tactical token each. It is my turn. Whatever I do, Letnev can respond to it. Since they just took planets from sardakk, they are now incredibly rich in ressource, influence and planets and need to be stopped/punished. My initial plan to just produce at home seems too passive. Especially because Letnev would then also produce at home/Lodor (they still have 11 ressources worth of unexhausted planets).
I have grav drive, shields holding, sabotage, flank speed, and sardakk's promissory. Letnev has grav drive, dreadnought 2, non-euclidean shielding, and 2 action cards. My options are:

Attack Lodor:
With luck I could destroy their space dock there. I can only bring 1 carrier 2 infantry (from corneeq/resculon) against their 1 carrier 1 infantry. But then my planets corneeq/resculon would be empty.

Attack Thibah:
I could bring 1 carrier 2 fighters 2 infantry 1 cruiser against their 1 dreadnought 1 infantry. If I win they would lose a dreadnought and one of their 3 tech skip planets making them unable to score "found research outposts". also my homesystem would be a little safer

Attack Mehar Xull:
Here I can bring the biggest fleet with 2 carriers 2-4 infantry/fighters against their 1 carrier 1 fighter 1 infantry. Same as thibah, mehar xull is a tech skip planet.

Attack Mecatol: Would be the riskiest play. I could use flank speed to get a carrier with 4 infantry/fighters from my homesystem to mecatol through the gravity rift (if i don't roll badly) and win comfortably against their 1 dreadnought

With any of these options there are downsides. Letnev can try to take the planets back or attack my empty planets or decide to move next to my homesystem and attack it first turn next round since they're speaker. But whatever they do, it might be worth it because it means they won't turn another 11 ressources into plastic. So maybe I should still do it without overcommiting? Or do I just fortify my home system and attack them next round?

I would appreciate any insight and advice. Feel free to ask/clarify. Hopefully you can see everything in the pic. Thank you!

Words cannot describe how much I love this new keybind

Reminds me of the time I found out I could sell units with a key in Teamfight Tactics
