My take on how to take down Mahoraga and probably also the easiest way
Make a Binding Vow that prevents Piercing Ox from moving and attacking while charging up its attack.
After that make a Totality of Nue and Piercing Ox, summon it, wait a few hours or days, summon Mahoraga and profit.
The Binding Vow makes the Shikigami extremly vounerable and should also only allow Piercing Ox from attacking within its range, so without moving witch should give it in return a damage boost, while the Totality with Nue gives him a stronger ranged attack
Its basicly the Piercing Ox + treadmill strategy, without the need of a treadmill and not that long of a waiting time.
Maybe even give it a Deth Binding Vow for good meassures.
