Hey just brought teardown on pc after playing on console since launch can anyone explain why during huge explosions my fps goes from 220 to 30?

I know it's sounds dumb but my system is a 4080 laptop i9 13900hx 32gb ram, plugged in performance but the issue shouldn't be just explosion surely, it happens during some large explosions but then my fps goes back up to 200 afterwards, why is this? Any way to fix this? Even tried on cousins 4090 7800x3d pc and same issue, is It a bug or something?

Ideally I want a big game with lots of players, I have indie games already I like, like triple aaa developer or high profile well played games

Simple really, should I disable hags for better performance and such, heard it can benefit some games but causes stutters, some games like halo infinite not to work so should I just disable it?

Just updated my rog ally using insider beta, the stable one in hopes of trying auto sr:

. I'm seeing issues with mw 2019 crashing

. Armoury crate refused to work but now is semi stable

. Auto sr dissappear and reappeared after a reset

. Stuff just going crazy as a whole, becoming super buggy

. How do I safely go back to last version

. Why is auto sr not showing for me like others on windows settings
