Processor: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890m

32gb ram

Graphics card 1: Nvidia geforce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU (11.9 GB)

Graphics card 2: AMD Radeon(tm) 890 graphics (512 MB)

I am trying to get into league and have been experiencing constant stuttering even after trying many fixes I have seen online. I am unsure what exactly the problem is.
