i’m trying to figure out the best way to go about this. i’m moving early september and planning to stop working the week of august 14. buzy season is picking up and going till 9/15. i was planning on speaking to my DL about putting in my two weeks the last week of July but am wondering if this is something to communicate with my directors/managers this month or if i’m shooting myself in the foot by doing so. any advice is appreciated
I’m putting in my two weeks my first week of august but I don’t know exactly what it is I have to do. Who do I have to speak to? My DL? Is there somewhere on workday for this or smth? I’ve been keeping these plans quiet but I need to actually know what to do when the time comes lol
I’m a first year associate so it’s a pass fail crt. I’ve been here a little under a year my util is 61% and I’ve had 5 snapshots total (3 from last busy szn and they were all good) (2 from this one and 1 was pretty bad). I had a rough busy season I had a lot of personal stuff going on and it definitely led to my work on one of my clients suffering. I’ve since communicated with my directors about what was going on and they were very understanding but my bad snapshot from my SA is still there. Just nervous going into CRTs and wondering if this is setting me up to maybe fail it
