Economy is tough, cable is expensive. Looking for broken/unlocked tv box help/assistance.

Looking at a parcel of land off Hwy 77 near Crystal Lake area, but I noticed it’s still very rural there. Not much in general of the area. Looking at maybe building small warehouse for my small self employed business there. Curious if anyone from/familiar with that area could maybe give me some better insight information.
