Hydrating mist recommendations: Perimenopause and this heat wave are going to KILL ME 😳

Can I get everyone’s favorite hydrating mist recommendations? I currently use the Young Goose Blue Peptide Mist, love the Sturm mist for the car, and keep the Biodance Collagen Mist in the fridge. I’m in NYC and going through TONS of product right now in this hellscape heat wave.

Testing out a full run of 111Skin Black Diamond.

I’m in the industry (don’t want to give away what I do but I will say I’m in the corporate office in a luxury beauty line currently and I’ve been in the industry 24 years) and was fortunate to receive this set of 5 products at an event (with two ancillary products I haven’t tried out yet).
I’ve been using a luxury clean line for pretty much 2 years and I’ve been happy enough with it. I dabbled here and there with other lines, but stayed fairly consistent with it. I have a friend at that company so she always hooked me up and it was always “good enough”. For the record, I’m 51.
I have been using these 5 products for two weeks (have not layered in the last two in the second picture yet) and people in the office are literally stopping me and asking me what I’m doing. I’m using this full regime twice a day and locking in with Anua Hyaluronic Acid Capsule Mist day and night and BloomEffects Moisturizing Nectar and night. I’m also laying Dr Sturm eye serum under the 111Skin eye cream twice a day. In the am I’m using Indie Lee SPF 50 Daily Primer.
Main things I am noticing: Major decrease in dullness, increase in vibrancy and bounce to the cheeks and forehead, minimized pores. All-around “lifted” appearance.
I was not expecting to be this impressed. The only downside for me is the scent (ugh, I hate fragrance in skincare) but WOW I will tolerate it for these results. Don’t think I can go back to my other products now! lol.

K Beauty in Nordstrom

I would love to hear opinions on this topic. I have worked with Nordstrom (as a vendor, as well as at a management level in Beauty) for many years. I am currently working with another retailer. However, I have been interested with the the current addition of larger scale K Beauty installations, how moderately priced skincare (the Beauty Rituals area) are faring in the wake of this? K Beauty delivers incredible results, has much cleaner ingredients than most US skincare, and is at a great price point. I honestly don’t think it will impact the prestige price points (La Mer, 111 Skin, Cle de Peau, etc) but I’m curious if anyone has any observation on how it’s impacting the moderate/low upper range skincare lines (Elemis, Sunday Riley, Goop, Arcona, etc).

Incentivized reviews at Credo?

How are we supposed to trust product reviews anymore? I am so sick of “incentivized reviews”. Some of their “most popular products” have thousands of reviews with the vast majority being incentivized! Between PR driven marketing and incentivized reviews, it makes it really challenging for customers to get a clear view of the products. I know firsthand that companies send over pre-loaded reviews to companies like Nordstrom but I was disappointed to see it at Credo.
