Best team?

I’m super interested in joining the ladder app!
I’ve seen coach Maia on my FYP for over a year now and used to do her TikTok ab workouts
I currently have a trainer & try to weightlifting 3-4 times a week plus 1 pilates & 1 lagree day
I’m interested in toning my body & continuing to build muscle so I’m confused on which team to join… (I’d stop seeing my trainer & the Pilates/lagree)
Although interested in define, I’m concerned with the low weight tbh. I’ve gone through that route of low weight high reps and it didn’t work for me. For example, I see they do bicep curls with 10 lb where I do them with 17lb. Can I choose my own weight or does the coach give you weight? I don’t wanna lose my muscle progress but I really wanna tone up if that makes sense
Also how can I find out the schedule? I’d like to join at the beginning of a series, I saw they do like a 2 week rest to switch teams?
