T-shirt

Was told today I could no longer wear this T-shirt because it was past the date and I said to my manager I thought it was valid through September I said what's the last date he said June 5th so you can't wear that anymore. Call me crazy but the last date for 2026 on this shirt is 9/25 is it not? WTF am I missing here?

HR and GMs with blind noses

We have a coworker that for over 6+ yrs has a stench that can not be denied and if you are in close proximity it will make you choke, cough, gag and possibly even vomit, yes it's that bad.

On top of it they are beyond lazy.

We have complained to upper management and HR who refuse to do anything about it and swear they "can't smell it" Yes this person looks as though they have potential physical health issues. BUT health issues are one thing, being clean is a whole other, mental issues are always a possiblity but you know they know enough and this should not be happening and it's not a depression issue at all either. They do not bathe it's evident with the black fingernails, the unkept uncombed unclean hair standing on end or slicked back because of the grease and sometimes the grease isn't enough and it will stand back up again. Their clothes are never washed that's evident and they wear them for weeks unwashed. What the hell do you do? You can't even be in the same aisle as they are? You have to leave the aisle in order to breathe. You start getting angry because you are forced to work with them and it's ridiculous to have to deal with that all the time and their laziness on top of it. They also are a "know it all" when they in fact don't know a damned thing. Do you escalate to corporate? Why do we have policy in place and it's not being honored but if we have a hole in our pants or wear the wrong shirt we get wrote up or sent home and they get a free pass? Imagine being a guest, because not only do they smell horrendous, are dirty and think they know it all, they hate actually doing their job so they follow guests around the store annoying them even though they don't want or need help. What would you do with this?
