BEDBUGS- Windwater hotel and marina in South Padre Texas 78597, address- 5701 Padre Blvd.
Hello, just wanted to inform you on how extremely unsanitary and unprofessional this hotel and staff were with me and my husband and children. I have video proof and pictures if needed. Hoping to save atleast one family from the hassle of dealing with the same situation as us. This was booked through Booking.com and they were so helpful to us. The hotel themselves denied us our total refund and said we would lose the whole 5 days of money we paid for the reservation. Booking.com is refunding the money for us and charging the hotel, since pictures were available off the unlivable conditions.

2nd Post Edit: instead of refunding my money they ended up charging my card 871 dollars again… they denied they charged us even when we told her that we had the proof and called my bank.
