That is longer than Sam Walton was involved with Walmart.
That is dedication and loyalty, and they celebrated her retirement with a bouquet of flowers. A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS.
Send her off with $10k or pay off her mortgage, show her that you appreciate her. You don't get a lot of employees that stick with your company that long. She's a gem.
