Toast POS issues for online orders

My business uses Toast and there is a glitch when customers use reward points for online orders. It is forcing me to give refunds back to the customer that isn’t due to them. The subtotal isn’t correct on the receipt and the discount is usually almost twice the amount of their actual rewards amount. The engineering team hasn’t reached a solution or even reached out after almost 2 weeks of waiting for a resolution. On the receipt attached it made me refund the customer $7.65 but the numbers do not add up correctly on any of the line item totals. And when you refund the customer so you can close the ticket, the refund never shows up on the refund report. So Toast is keeping money that isn’t theirs.
