Caffeine pills sourced from green tea extract vs. pills sourced from coffee beans?

I’ve been wanting to start taking caffeine pills derived from natural sources (as opposed to synthetic caffeine anhydrous). I’m looking for 100 mg pills. I see that some are sourced from green tea extract. Others are sourced from coffee beans. Is one necessarily better than the other? Is there more jitteriness associated with one over the other?

Also, regarding caffeine pills derived from coffee beans, I noticed that some are derived from arabica beans and others are derived from robusta beans. I know that robusta beans contain about twice as much caffeine as a robusta beans. But I’m assuming that’s not relevant since caffeine pill pills contain a specific amount of caffeine regardless of the source?
