AITAH for being burnt out when my husband thinks I should be doing more on my days off?

I’m starting to feel like I’m completely running on empty, and I genuinely don’t know if I’m being unreasonable about this.
My husband and I have a 1-year-old daughter and two older dogs. I work full-time in workplace health and safety, and my job can be pretty stressful. I’m also working toward a promotion and was going to school full-time.
On top of that, I’m responsible for trying to keep up with the household.
My husband works part-time in fast food. He works on the same three days that I have off from my full-time job so that he can be home with our daughter while I’m working. Sometimes he only works two of those days so that I have an extra day to catch up on schoolwork, but generally that’s only when I’m already falling behind.
The problem is that my three days off aren’t really “days off.”
I usually spend one entire day and part of another doing schoolwork. The third day is generally spent cleaning, doing household chores, and trying to spend some time with our daughter before I have to go back to work.
I rarely get meaningful time to myself.
Meanwhile, my husband does have time for himself. He can usually find time to play video games or watch TV, and lately he has also been working on an app that he hopes to eventually sell. I don’t have a problem with him having hobbies or wanting to work on something for himself. What bothers me is that I don’t seem to have an equivalent amount of time to decompress because there is always something else I need to do.
I’m also at the beginning of my second pregnancy, and this pregnancy has been significantly harder on me so far than my first. I’m dealing with worse symptoms while simultaneously trying to keep up with work, parenting, the house, and everything else.
I also already struggle with anxiety and depression, so I know that I have to be careful about how much I’m taking on. I had actually been going to school full-time, but I’ve recently taken a term break for a few months because I was hoping removing school from my plate temporarily would relieve some of the pressure.
Even with that break, though, I’m still feeling incredibly overwhelmed.
I’ve started feeling genuinely burnt out.
What makes this harder is that my husband feels like I’m not doing enough on my three days off. I’m trying to meet his expectations because I don’t want him to feel like he’s the only one doing household chores or carrying the responsibility for the home. But when I don’t get everything done, he sometimes makes sarcastic comments or gets angry with me.
I’ve tried talking to him about how overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted I’m becoming. Instead of feeling heard, I often feel like the conversation gets turned around on me and becomes about what I’m not doing for him.
And honestly, that makes the burnout worse.
I don’t want to be resentful toward my husband. I don’t want to feel like I’m keeping score of who does what. I want us to feel like we’re on the same team. But I’m starting to feel like I’m expected to somehow fit a full-time job, parenting, pregnancy, household responsibilities, and working toward a promotion into the same three days every week.
I’m worried about how much stress I’m carrying and what it’s doing to me emotionally. I’m already feeling like I have very little left in the tank, and I’m scared that if nothing changes, I’m going to completely burn myself out.
I don’t think my husband is doing nothing. He works, takes care of our daughter while I’m at work, and contributes to the household. That’s part of why I’m questioning myself here. Maybe I’m not recognizing everything he does because I’m so overwhelmed.
But at the same time, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want some time to rest when I’m off work, especially when I’m also dealing with pregnancy symptoms and already trying to manage my mental health.
So, AITAH for feeling like I’m doing too much and asking my husband to take some of the pressure off me?
