I got this brand new last month, and it’s been perfect, then I grabbed it today and it started doing this… any idea what’s causing it or how to fix it? this was not happening last night, I haven’t changed anything
i bought a guitar for my mother on may 1st as a mother's day gift and it was going to be delivered on may 8th. the package is shipped with fedex ground and needed a signature and i live in an apartment, so i was waiting in my apartment for the delivery driver to arrive so i could go down and sign for my package, but when the delivery driver arrived, he never notified me and he left without me knowing he even arrived so i could never sign for the package. I then sent a request for the package to be held at a nearby walgreens so this didn't happen again. since this was friday, they weren't going to try to ship again until monday because they only operate on business days. then monday came, and i woke up and it said it would be delivered by the end of the day, and at 11 am, i got a notification saying "delivery exception: future delivery requested". i was frustrated so i called fedex customer service asking what happened and they said that it was because my request to have the package held at walgreens never processed over the weekend so it was processing today, and it will be delivered and ready to pick up tomorrow. tomorrow came, which is today, may 12. the package's status has been "out for delivery" and it has said my driver is on the way since 6 am, and it says it will be delivered tonight by the end of the day. it is now 7:46 pm and i still haven't received an update about the package arriving at walgreens. where is my package?????
