Finally Pulled My Kale I Planted in March

Figured this subreddit appreciate the absolute tree monster that’s been giving me diarrhea free kale for the last five months. I don’t know how or why but this year this kale lasted me so long, when typically the first big heat wave of the year would knock it out by late May/early June. In Zone 7b

What Happened to MH and His Orchestra?

This might be too deep a cut but does anyone remotely remember the band MH (Max Holiday) and his orchestra? Was a great local band from like 2013-2016 and then out of nowhere they completely fell off the map. Curious what happened to them if anyone recalls.

Galveston Diet for PCOS?

Has anyone ever had experience with the galveston diet for weight loss? Ive been trying to lose the same 20 pounds with pcos (30s F) and finally got it together to see a dietician and we're trying the galveston diet. For those who don't know its a high fat diet (similar-ish to keto) typically used in perimenopausal women and its effective in those populations, my dietician says it should be effective for me to with PCOS. Everything ive seen on reddit has been for peri-menopause people but does anyone with PCOS have this experience?
