Any tips for cleaning wax off a plastic candle holder with lots of awkward crevices?

Got this candle holder free from a friend years back already covered in melted wax. This is already after putting it in the freezer a couple times and chipping off as much wax as I could with a butter knife. It's a plasticy material, the kind you see on a lot of cheap incense burners these days. Probably just gonna chunk it.

A very specific question about custom neighborhoods built in SimCity 4

Ok, So I have a custom neighborhood I built years ago as part of a project I never finished and I was recently inspired to pick it up again. However my issue is that I'm not really happy with the custom neighborhood template I made anymore and would like to make some minor changes, but I don't have the SimCity file for this custom hood anymore, not in my SC4Terrains folder and not still saved in SimCity 4.

Is there a way to reverse engineer the .sc4 file from my custom hood back into SimCity so I can make edits, or am I going to have to start over completely from scratch?
