Crispy Gyoza, Edamame and Kimchi

Crispy Gyoza, Edamame and Kimchi

A balanced meal in under 15 minutes. Brainpower optional. I make this all the time and it occured to me today it's peak lowspoon cooking so thought I would share.

- Your fave frozen dumplings (I am currently obsessed with the Itsu Chicken ones), spritzed with some oil spray, and cooked in the air fryer for 10 mins at 190°C

- Frozen Edamame beans in water with a good pinch of salt, microwaved on high for 5 mins

- Kimchi straight from fridge to plate (mine happens to be homemade kimchi which I recommend trying because it's actually really easy, tastes amazing, and is cost effective if you get through a lot of Kimchi like I do. A batch lasts for months in the fridge when properly stored - But I also love the bibigo brand if I'm using shop bought!)

Add some chilli crisp (Lao Gan Ma FTW!) overtop and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if you're feeling fancy.

10/10 delicious every time.
