Surprise external charge. Please advice

Hello, I would like to ask for advice on a recent situation regarding a surprise charge.
I had to get a blood drawn for a TB screening for college. I had a couple visits to the same clinic and I did paid them through their app (I have receipt). Now, one month and almost two weeks later, I got a letter in the mail that I have a bill to pay from a laboratory which is the one that performed the screening. The day I got my blood drawn I do not remember being told about this or signing a document that informed me about an external extra charge. Researching I found about "no surprises" act from 2022 and the "good faith estimate" and how it could appeal to this. While I can pay it, money is short because im leaving for college and i would rather not pay it especially i am right in that I was not informed that there would be an extra charge. If somebody knows what would be the best way to proceed, advice is welcome. thank you!

P.S: The extra charge was for $280, and everything was self-pay. This happened in Arizona.

How to fix "Block" error for a realm? [bedrock] [PC]

I get the "Block" error when trying to get into my realm.
It was working well before the 26.40, but when I updated my game I couldn't get in anymore. I tried removing all add ons (it was just the furniture one) but got same result. I can get into the realm fine when is other worlds, the error comes up just with that one.

I think it is worth mentioning that the world I play in the realm has a complicated history so maybe it can help to find a solution: The world was originally created with the realistic landscapes pack, some time after that i used Universal Minecraft tool to force an update and it worked, updating it from the 1.21.90 to the 1.26.33 (note that after this realistic landscapes is no longer active in the world). When the 26.40 came out, i tried getting into the realm but i got that error code. keep in mind at this point that world was still in the 26.33 so I thought that was the cause and used UMT again to update to 26.40 but the error persists.

When i see the details of the error, it does say that the world is in the 26.40 if that matters.

Is there a way to fix this error?

How to fix "Goat" error for a realm? [Bedrock][PC]

I have a realm in Minecraft bedrock and this error kicked me out when I was playing. This happened multiple times as, when I rejoin the world, 10 to 20 minutes later kicks me out again with the same error labeled as "Goat"

I searched this in the Minecraft website and it means that the host has left the world, which is weird because again, it is a realm.

What are the reasons for this error? How to fix it?

Why automatic farms stopped using the trident killer with the new 1.26 update?

I have noticed that since the 1.26, some farms that automatically kill mobs dont use the trident killer anymore and instead use this system of a mob with spear in a minecart like the one in the picture (Which is a screenshot of a video tutorial for a creeper farm).

What is the reason behind this change? What are its advantages?

Is there a way to update the world in my realm? [bedrock]

I have this Realm with the Realistic Landscapes world from the Marketplace. The problem with it is that it is stuck in the 1.21.90 because of it and i would really like to update to the new versions.

Is it possible to update the world even if it involves corrupting certain part of the world or something like that? or is it genuinely impossible, I am looking for any idea/fix.
