so im pretty scared right now.
after having this headset for about a year now, one day i was playing vr just fine no face tracking issues then the next day it does this…
can only half smile and eyes wont track just jitter around. tried a factory reset and caibrating but nothing works. please help i dont want this to be the end of my quest pro.
i just recently made a post about my right index controller not taking a charge or anything anymore out of nowhere. But then i found out its making any usb hub i plug it in turn off and stop working completly.
i have tried contacting support but they cant help unfort.
does anyone know what could be causing this? i cant charge the controller at all!!
So all of a sudden my right index controller just stops charging. I also found out that its breaking every usb hub i try and charge it with making everything disconnect. no light no nothing. i have tried so many diffrent things like 5 diffrent cables. pluging in diffrent outlets and diffrent ports in my pc. not even getting the normal little warm when charging. is there a known fix for this??
