I usually don’t buy any nutrient supplements, but I am getting back into health and routine, and thought I would try to incorporate some. I have been using Tēla and EWG Skin Deep to get a visual breakdown of contents in my clothes and beauty products.
Now I came across WhatToTrust. Its been out for almost a year and their claim is: “Our scoring is derived from unbiased, publicly available product information. We do not accept financial compensation for product reviews, ensuring complete objectivity.”
I do my own research as well, but really enjoying using these tools! Has anyone been using it?
I am looking to place an order for some underwear/socks and wanted to see if there are any referrals codes for any brands out there, as we all know these switches can be expensive. I already have looked into multiple brand from this sub and online.
I prefer GOTS/OEKO certified.
I also have placed orders with Party in my Pants for cloth pads and honestly really liked them. They made my period feel way less intimidating and made it more comforting, personally. Something about bleeding on nice fabric, rather than what sounds like a bag of chips?! Yeah. Well I have a referral for those.
I have been slowly switching out my clothing, piece by piece. I already have problems with hoarding clothes, I am been nice to myself in this area.
Also, any other new, small, ethical, NON-TOXIC, brands you have recently got into.
I found myself thinking about Lush recently, because of their no packaging options. I am now leaning towards prioritizing non-toxic over zero waste.
What are some good products to recommend from lush? I’m looking for a conditioner specifically. Their perfumes/massage bars also interest me.
