I mailed in my passport to get my visa stamped and due to an issue it wasn’t mailed back to me how do I get in touch with IRCC to rectify this problem?,I have sent in multiple web forms but I keep on getting the same automated message asking me to provide additional information.

I know this has been asked before but a lot of the recommendations have been android ereaders but those are a bit pricey I also read books so it’s not a manga exclusive device or if you know any android e readers similarly priced to say a kobo Libra et cetera that would be perfect.
