Happy birthday to my one and only! The love of my life! The apple of my eye! My precious darling angel cake.
You make me happier more than words can express.
I cherish every single nanosecond I get to spend with you. My heart explodes with oxytocin every single day even if all I’m doing is thinking of you.
I love you so much, Chara! You are the best thing to ever happen to me.
Hi everyone!
I’m a local freediving instructor based in PG County, and I recently received approval to begin hosting introductory freediving workshops at Allentown Splash Park.
I wanted to share the first workshop here in case anyone is curious about freediving, breath-work, or becoming more comfortable and confident in the water.

A lot of people think freediving is only about holding your breath for a long time or diving deep, but for many people it’s also:
This first workshop is completely dry (no water involved), but it feels like a HUGE win and meaningful first step toward a much bigger vision I’ve had for a while.
Anyway, I just wanted to come back and say THANK YOU again for all the encouragement when I first shared my instructor certification journey! It meant everything!!
