Thats a logistics fee, i know it about the delivery but, this i have ordered 2 bags, summing up 25€ with taxes. I live in Bulgaria, so i completely forgot about the larger fees, but 60€ for 2 bags i a lot for me.
Can you tell me some way to skip this fees, or atleast how to return them? Thank you very much in advance!
In the Bulgarian market for these types of houses, i see good deals. With houses made of metal or other types other than wood, because im against it. And for a 107m2 two floors house metal materials and the promising up to 50+ years i think 130k € its a very good price. Or if its being a scam I really dont know
Me and my family have a issue and I decided to ask you for advice. We live with my aunt and cousin, but want to move out because of my aunt. We have land , nothing on it only land. And we are a low income family. And here are the option we came it previously.
Built a house, but it will be impossible, my mother has to many depts, and me and my brother are on minimum wages. It will take years with investing on education and ext.
Sell the land and buy a apartment, i am very negative about this idea, but with the feeling rush of negativity from this witch we live with, this is one of the faster ways to get out of her, and the apartment would still be ours.
Buy and prefabricated house and put it on the land. As I searched the mar for them, this types of houses dont sound bad at all. If we invest in it now, we can sell it in a few years, when we will be more financially stable. But it’s still expensive.
Am asking to give your opinions, because we are in situations where it’s impossible to live in my childhood home. And we all are ready to risk it nonetheless the decision if it’s the best for the family. Thanks in advance
