It is obvious that the way to play is with a keyboard, but w-a-s-d sucks for the left handed. I could reconfigure to the arrow keys, but that leaves all the action keys on the other side. Reconfigure everything? Any thoughts from some southpaw players?

I realize my skill level is not high enough to compete and I'm cool with that. My question is this: I often spectate after death to learn. I am always stunned at players who - though the kill me relatively quickly in the match - are already loaded with everything they need from a sniper rifle and scope to a fancy smg. They have all the grenades and med kits. How?
