Info on Eliot on 4th?

I’m considering moving here but have some hesitancy due to management being entirely AI.

I’ve been trying to reach the leasing office and I cannot be directly talk to a human because it’s all done by AI. It’s been a few weeks of me calling and the AI bot, Milly, telling me that I’m going to hear back from a colleague.

I’m concerned this is a bad sign and that I’ll have similar issues if I move in. For folks currently living there— is it hard to get a hold of maintenance? I would love to hear people’s experience living here

Also, does anyone park their car at their lot? If so, how does it work? Bonus points if you have an EV and can explain that 🙏🙏. I toured a couple of apartments and they would assign EV chargers to tenants but it seems like Eliot on 4th has some sort of payment system for EVs but I can’t figure out how accessible these chargers are (as in are there a lot of people trying to use them) and what pricing is like.

Any information would be so so helpful!!

Looking to move-in early/mid July

Hey everyone, I’m planning on moving to DC early/mid July. Would be totally fine doing a year lease. I’m looking for a place that is in a pretty lively area— Logan’s circle, AdMo, DuPont, etc… or anywhere near there (like Mt.Vernon). I’m going to working downtown so don’t want to go too far from there.

Would love to have parking, in-unit washer +dryer, dishwasher, and a studio or one bed (one bed preferred).

My budget is $1.8k-2.2k (with a bit wiggle room).

Does anyone have any building suggestions that don’t have pest or safety issues?

Thank you!
