Female dentist addressed by first name

I am an orthodontist, 3 years out of residency. I work with the university (clinical assistant professor), so I teach clinically and lecture. I also see my own patients 1.5 days a week in our shared faculty clinic. We have also all female assistants. My male colleagues are referred to as Dr. Lastname in front of patients. I’m only referred to as my first name. Honestly, it doesn’t bother me much, as I want to be accessible and relatable to my patients. I’m just not sure if this is common? Only myself and the one other female provider (our craniofacial specialist) are referred to in front of patients by our first name only. What is the standard?

To clarify: I have no problem with people calling me Dr. Firstname. That‘s actually my preference. It’s more so the concern that “Dr” is never spoken

Census Survey

I’m likely being very dumb. I had a gentleman ring and knock on my door to fill out a survey - He said it was important to fill out my census information and mask taped an envelope to my front window. I filled out my census information on the gov website. It asked questions about the specific time I leave and return from work and my first and last name. I opted to not answer those questions. He returned and left mask-taped notes on my door and window again even after I submitted and skipped questions I felt were kinda off. Is anyone else receiving these requests? I keep receiving knocking on my door with more notes hand written in sharpie and mask taped to my door. I’m sure it’s common, but asking if anyone else has Received this just in case. Appreciate it.
