Hi everyone

This morning I drove down a road called “pavement” to get to the Q park multi story. This was at about 10am.

Do you guys think I will get a fine?

Hey guys

I’m a white belt and I’ve been training for a year. The last few weeks I’ve had to miss a class here and there for sicknesses and other reasons and today I had to miss the open mat because of my car.

Whenever I skip a class it has always been for something I couldn’t control which for some reason leads to a kind of “guilty” feeling.

Has anyone got a way they got around this feeling? Or an another mindset where I don’t beat myself up for missing a class?
