Is this the Seal of Rassilon in the Good Omens finale? The show seems to have a lot of Doctor Who references

There's a scene where Aziraphale uses a piece of Doctor Who memorabilia as an incentive for a shop owner in Season 2. Job is also played by Pete Davison (the actor for the Fifth Doctor and David Tennant's father-in-law). Derek Jacobi, Michael Sheen and numerous other actors who have appeared in Doctor Who are also in the show. The number plate for the Youngs' car is SIDRAT (Tardis backwards and the space-time vessel utilised by the War Lords in the Second Doctor story The War Games).

When filtering for all time 50 metre sprint times, there wasn't an option for the under 18s age group as it's not ordinarily contested. The 5.81 second 50 metre sprint held by 16 year old Jeremy Rankin is therefore not an official world record as recognised by World Athletics, but has been the lowest recorded time in the event tracked by statisticians.
