Painting nails and filming while driving.
By the looks of it shes not wearing a seatbelt nor is her children in the back..
The comments are applauding her for being such a beautiful mother, but what about safety?
I have no idea how old her kids are, but in Norway they’d likely still be sitting buckled in a carseat! Its just weird to post.

Does she have two accounts or what is this? From my knowledge she hasn’t acknowledged the comments tagging the other account
