Has anybody had any good experiences with DNPs for pituitary (micro) adenoma?

I have elevated prolactin levels (55 Ng/mL) and a 4mm lesion on my pituitary (via MRI). Went to an endo and she suggested I get bloodwork done in 3 months since it's small and probably isn't doing much😆. Plus I'm not lactating so all is well and merry! Previously, my GP dismissed this as well and directed me to a neurologist if I was actually concerned. I feel like I've been getting bloodwork for forever now. Also feel constantly dismissed.

Anyone with a similar story of having a micro adenoma and being dismissed? Just so frustrating and so tired of the waits and constant bloodwork for the same "let's check again in 3 months"... plus the lack of endocrinologists that specialize in this and their sparse appointment slots is sad (at least in my experience).

Prolactin was at 50 ng/mL, went for a retest 6 weeks later and saw it was at a 55 ng/mL. Got a clear CT scan but after doing research I saw that I needed an MRI. My doctor said that I didn't necessarily need the MRI but I pushed. MRI came back and I have a 4mm lesion on my pituitary gland. My doctor said there's usually no treatment for this but I pushed AGAIN for more investigation. He suggested a neurologist, but I'm booking an appt with an endo too. Any thoughts or similar experiences? Don't know if I should look into this further. I have been experiencing symptoms surrounding this that I'd like to resolve.. just tired of running in circles to get answers
