How do you approach an idea thats beyond your skill level/comfort zone?

I honestly have so many amazing concepts I want to draw, but I dont know how to approach it. I lack background/perspective skills but I still want to draw my idea. How do you approach yours?

Is there a way I can take art learning to the next level?

I love drawing and I genuinely would love to improve. I infact am considering to pursue art as a career or something more professionally. Two years ago I hit a wall, feeling unhappy with my hobby but as of now my mentality has changed and I always look forward to challenging myself. I was thinking of going to school but im reluctant to it since its always a debate (plus I have a a preference in anime art style). Ive seen countless great artists I look up to and I one day hope to reach the skill that they have. I would love to produce masterpieces that include great scenery, composition, and uniqueness.
My question is, is there a way I can take art learning to the next level?

Anybody had a consistent, good career with an associates degree from cc in san diego?

Im in community college right now but Im not sure what I even want to do. Im taking prerequisites right now and I was thinking in getting into Rad Tech or Sonography. I heard those two careers are very competitive so now I feel less inclined. I want to keep my options open. All I want is a stable income without working too many days (preferably 3/12 or 4/10 shifts). Feeling a little lost right now
