4 mlayer is not a lot of money
I am a 28M, started to work as an electrical engineer at a private enterprise after i finished my 1 year army at 23yo, the pay was kinda decent i guess, around 8M a month, and it was close to home which was nice. I have never wanted to live abroad at all i never have been impacted by how the life is outside of Algeria, i just got used to the way our country was, but that view quickly changed 3 years ago when i had an online breakthrough, the AI industry was booming and having some IT skills initially, i took advantage of the situation and created a simple website which is AI related (don't ask me about it I'd like to keep that private) after few months the website started generating a couple thousands of dollars, i couldn't belive how fast it was growing. In my first 6 months i made around 50k USD, that's when my view of living in Algeria started changing, it's like a video game when you unlock all the best power moves and have a shit tone of money you can buy and beat anything, i felt like i have finished stage te3 Algeria and needed some new challenges. I simply quit my job and then started my procedure to live abroad, it took me around 7 months to get my residency paper and in that time frame i made another 100k, fast forward today, i don't see myself in the top here in my new country, i am just a regular person which gives a new purpose to my life, in the meantime I have sent around 4 mlayer CASH to my home back in Algeria while still living a good life in my new country, the issue is i feel like 4 mlayer is nothing for what i want to do, because right now i make the equivalent of 350 million a month ~ 15k USD, sometimes more. If i think about investing that money and it only brings me 20 million or let's say 50 millions a month i still feel like it's nothing, and i keep holding that money for something better and bigger. I want to invest in real estate, a big luxurious villa by the beach, especially around Bejaia, some villas in summer goes for 10 million a night, and with the right equipment it can even be rented in winter. The thing is that kind of villa cost around 15 to 25 melyar maybe more, that's a bit far away from what i have now. I am not expecting you guys to understand because you will never understand how 4 mlayer is not a lot of money until you get in a situation like me, i know that i will get sarcastic replies about how you have good ideas on how to invest, crypto bullshit or what not, i am not into that i like real things, and except real estate i can't give my money to someone even a brother and trust him to run a full business for me. This is both a rent and some kind of reality check for those that think that 4 mlayer is a lot, it's just a philosophical view and how a "lot" of money change your view on things.
