Recently our co-leader left who was the cookie mom, and no one seems interested in the job. I'm the other co-leader, and I'm willing to assist with cookies, but I can't be the cookie mom due to health reasons and the logistics of cookie storage and picking them up. I need ideas on how to recruit someone to do this job or a way to share the responsibilities. Our troop is pretty small; we have 7 girls right now and may add a few more.
