Long range tv antenna for in network nfl games

I got rid of dish and am looking for an outdoor antenna to pickup locals, I looked on rabbit ears.info and it looks like I may be fighting an uphill battle. Here is the rabbit ears link: https://www.rabbitears.info/s/2915578
Any antenna experts know if I’ll be able to get nbc, abc, fox, and cbs? Looks like none of the signals are great, and all of them are pretty far.

Re submitting denied claim

I posted a little while ago seeing if my va pcp note would work as a nexus, and got mixed opinions. I think I am going to re submit the claim (denied over a year ago) and add the dr note that she says it was the onset of IBD, do I need to upload all the same stuff I added the first time, or do they have that all saved and I can just add the note? This is past a year so it’s not an appeal or hlr, I’ll be resubmitting a new claim. I have attached the denial letter and the dr note from my recent visit. Once she sounded like she thought it was connected I asked if she would be willing to write a nexus, and she said she would put it in the notes, so I feel my best way forward is to submit it this way and if it gets denied I can ask her again for an actual nexus on the actual form because the note was denied.

IBD nexus, Will pcp note suffice?

I have some sort of IBD and it all started when I was sin service, I was diagnosed while in for hemorrhoids, but the symptoms never really went away, I have more recently (after service) been diagnosed with ulcerative proctitis, and now they are wondering chrons. I tried to get this service connected before but lacked the nexus. My visit yesterday my pcp Put in my notes that the blood in my stool in service was the onset of my IBD issues. Will this work for a nexus?
