Does anyone else's store play that one song that has a verse that sounds like a Hollywood Undead song? Anyone even know what I'm talking about?

The begining of the song follows the same flow as "when I start drinking my dick does all the thinking hoes want to be seen with me" and i completely blank out what actual lyrics are being said but I think it's a love song ?

If no one knows what I'm talking about then I guess I'll continue to ponder until I remember to search it 😭

Tjmaxx (and all sister stores 🥺) has the worst customer service approach

The customers don't want to be badgered with the same robotic "Hi did you find everything okay? Wonderful! Are you a TJX card member?" every single time they come in.

It's worse when you're shopping at a store that is not your home location and you present your discount card but that poor cashier still gives a fuck enough to ask you... I know this game too well

Now put the fact that you ain't shit unless you get a card into a bunch of 17-19 year olds' heads and any customer who doesn't want to sign up (or already has a card bc all my manager cares about his new apps) is not worth your time.

And you know what that results in? Bad customer service due to pressure from management

Ernie Herman doesn't care about the people who are lining his pockets with money and he sure doesn't care about the workers who are making it happen

nobody wants a card this week? just me?

our store usually meets our goal before midweek our cecs alone can get 8 in a day but rn we are sitting at only 1 card and 3 cashiers quit 😭

management is stressed between interviews and the conference calls but like it's karma atp esp while the ceo is bragging about all the tjx money on the screen in the very break room they are threatening not to put food in 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nobody knows how to access their reward certificates

This is not a complaint. It's a super easy fix but I'm just having to help set up more customers app than I did maybe 5 months ago.

This is more of a question if cashiers have stopped explaining that card holders have to keep track of their reward certificates, customers just assume we can access them bc we have a "system" or like what ...?

Bc the customers who are struggling with this aren't even old (mostly 30 to 40 year olds, our older customers have them printed out or brag about being only so far away from their next certificate).

I'm wondering if anyone is having this issue and has been able to like idk get their customers together?

I've been making sure other cashiers tell approved customers to not to forget to download the app bc that's where they can access their certificates, see how close they are and also pay their bill but we are still not having luck with smoother sailing 😭

Like let ME (cec) give their money back in cash instead of a gift card, take 10% off for simple dust stain or sell a mismate brought up by a customer and my manager would disapprove... Let a customer throw a fit, yell at one of my cashiers and demand to see the spineless man we call a manager and he does it?

Oh okay now every customer is coming in here trying to bully us into doing it that way.

But when we fail this audit he's worrying about bc he's returning things wrong to please angery customers, guess who he will blame?

Sure won't be me 🏃🏽‍♀️💨
