I got cash and I need to pay a bill though online banking. Lodging the cash to pay next week or the week after. Edited to add. Completed

Wash clothing for sister after trip. She's unwell. Get it dried and ready for her to pack. Edited to add. I got this done. She's grateful.

Having a great break so I am buying brunch.

I haven't had a holiday in a long time. Short break, organise for plants to be watered. I did it and I am on the break.

I've been lax and am paying the price with tender gums. I need to incorporate this entirely. Finch has helped with other self care maintenance.

It's too easy to let this slip. I've been going for over a year and reclaimed a lot of mobility. But persistence is key here.
